Rope production

At its production facility in Zele, Corbeo operates a twining system for producing cotton macrame rope and hortiray yarn for greenhouse horticulture. This system produces twines ranging from 1 mm to 9 mm in single, double, and triple twists. We always have a large inventory of yarns in natural and dyed cotton, viscose, and metallic Lurex.

Semi-finished products in braided and twisted rope in various raw materials are subcontracted to our partners according to our specifications.

Ready-to-wear & layout

Large mother rolls of semi-finished rope in cotton, sisal, flax, polypropylene, polyamide and other raw materials are processed into retail sales units.

Our machinery can create a full range of formats: rolls on cardboard tubes, balls, small spools, large spools, and strings. All formats are computer-controlled and can be delivered by weight or length.

Packaging

Retail sales units must have packaging that both protects the product and contains all necessary product information and barcodes. We have a modern shrink-wrap line with an integrated label printing solution, but we can also package the items plastic-free, for example, using paper banding.

In addition to this specialized machinery, Corbeo also has an extensive permanent inventory of rope (over 5,000 references) and other items. Our high-performance warehouse allows us to efficiently deliver orders to our customers.
