During the ordering process, you have two options: delivery or pickup at our company. Delivery includes both home delivery and delivery to a collection point. The default delivery option is home delivery. Sometimes a collection point might be more convenient. Yes, that's possible, but only on weekdays between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Simply follow the online ordering process and select pickup. Wait for our confirmation that your order is ready.
We don't have a physical store, so simply walking in and shopping isn't possible. However, many of our products are available in DIY stores, garden shops, hobby shops, and specialty stores, where you can shop in person. You can find our distributors using the store locator.

The difference between breaking strength and safe working load plays a major role in choosing the right rope for your job or project. In short, breaking strength is what a rope can theoretically handle, and safe working load is the maximum load you can safely use it with.

Breaking strength is the maximum load a rope can withstand under ideal conditions before breaking. This is a theoretical value, measured under "laboratory conditions" without knots, wear, or impact.

The Safe Working Load (SWL) or Working Load Limit is the load the rope can safely and repeatedly support with a wide safety margin. The SWL is much lower than the breaking load and is calculated with a safety factor of 1/10th of the breaking load. It is a practical strength for safe use.
