About Corbeo

Corbeo is a Belgian family business specializing in the manufacture and supply of rope and cord for retail sale and for specific industrial applications.

Our company was founded in 1978 by the Ledent family. From the very beginning, it focused on rope, initially as an importer and wholesaler. In 2015, the company was acquired by the current managers. Under their leadership, significant investments were made in digitalization and in-house production. This has resulted in a shift toward more local added value, with a large portion of our products now manufactured and packaged in Belgium. With a team of 25 employees, we produce and distribute over 5,000 different rope references from our Zele site, both locally and internationally.

In the Benelux retail sector, Corbeo is the market leader with its Ledent brand, which offers the widest selection of rope available. With its Snuro brand, Corbeo targets European DIY retailers who want to offer a high-quality, high-quality rotating rope range. Retailers or wholesalers with sufficiently large volumes can rely on us for private label production. Corbeo has developed a global network of specialized partners and rope companies. Based on our specifications and quality control, we can thus ensure a supply of high-quality raw materials and semi-finished products. These partners are located in Brazil, Egypt, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Tanzania, India, China, and numerous European countries.
