    Description

    This 4mm black nylon rope is a robust and durable polyamide cord with a very high tensile strength. It's perfect for securing loads, cables, tents, flagpoles, or as a universal cord in the home, garden, or workshop. Braided in Belgium according to DIN 83307 and made of strong nylon fibers, this rope is durable, abrasion-resistant, shock-absorbing, weather- and heat-resistant, and rot-resistant. Thanks to its discreet black color and UV stabilization, it remains attractive and highly visible for a long time – even with intensive outdoor use.
    • Made in Belgium – high quality nylon cord
    • Very strong – breaking force of 275 kg, recommended working load approx. 27.5 kg
    • UV stabilized – retains color and strength in the sun

    Important information

    • Absorbs water – sinks, temporary loss of strength when wet
    • Non-elastic – stable under tension
    • Resistant to bases, but not to acids
    • Do not use above maximum working load (recommended 1/10th of breaking strength)
    • Damaged and knotted rope affect the breaking force
    • Moving loads require higher breaking strength than resting loads
    • In combination with pulleys, preferably use a braided rope
