Steel wire rope

A steel wire rope has a greater tensile strength than rope and doesn't stretch or shrink. It's a robust, wear-resistant, and durable material. A steel cable consists of multiple wires twisted into strands around a core. Ideal for fastening and suspension applications. The maximum working load is 1/5 of the breaking load. The steel cable is manufactured according to the European standard DIN 3055. Our steel cables are available in three versions: galvanized, plasticized, or stainless steel cable.

• The galvanized steel cable has a zinc coating on the surface. This zinc coating prevents corrosion.
• The plastic coating (PVC coated) protects the steel wire and prevents damage to prevent people or goods.
• Stainless steel has a much higher corrosion resistance than galvanized steel. It is recommended in highly corrosive environments such as wet, salty or frequently cleaned environments.
